Other pharmaceuticals that influence the effect of Milgamma 100: If pyridoxine antagonists (e.g. hydralazine, isoniazide (INH), D-penicillamine, cycloserine), alcohol or oestrogen-containing oral contraceptives are used over a long time, this may lead to a vitamin B6 deficiency.
Thiamine is deactivated by 5-fluorouracil (agent for chemotherapy).
Other medications affected by Milgamma 100: Therapeutic doses of vitamin B6 may weaken the effect of L-dopa.
